In this episode we will discuss Volume 2 issue #13 of Kurt Busiek's Astro City titled "In the Spotlight". This issue tells the backstory of one of Astro City's most unusual residents, Loony Leo; a giant living cartoon character. It is a story filled with child-like whimsy and dark tragedy.
